DELIVERY CHARGES

We have two methods of delivery depending upon whether the roses are potted or bare root.

Could we please ask that you check your delivery details carefully as we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect information being given. As a last resort, and to try and comply with your given delivery requirements, we can make educated guesses if certain parts of the address details do not match with the database, but this is not ideal!!

DELIVERY SERVICE - POTTED ROSES (UK ONLY)

1. All containerised (potted) roses will be despatched via a carrier using their overnight service. Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of each week (no deliveries take place at weekends or Bank Holidays). Similarly no collections from the nursery are possible on Bank Holidays either, therefore delivery days will be adjusted accordingly. Please specify which day you would prefer and we will do our very best to ensure the package arrives on your chosen day.  The delivery costs are:

1 Rose = £8.50 2 Roses = £9.50 3 Roses = £12.50 4 Roses = £13.50

For delivery of more than 4 roses the charges are repeated i.e. Delivery charge for 5 roses = £13.50 + £8.50.

Containerised roses can be supplied to the UK mainland ONLY at the advertised prices.

DELIVERY SERVICE- FIELD-GROWN (BARE ROOT) ROSES

2. For field grown (bare root) roses, delivery is cheaper because the roses, when dormant, are much lighter, less bulky packages. We begin lifting bare root/field grown roses in November and will then work through the orders that have been received from spring onwards. This means that roses ordered at peak times (Oct/Nov) will be subject to a delay of about three weeks. After clearing back orders, from December onwards orders should be despatched within five working days of receipt. The delivery costs are:

 1 Rose = £3.50; 2-3 Roses = £5.00; 4+ Roses = £7.50

Delivery is usually by Parcel Force on their 3-5 working day schedule, but we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery day. There is no harm to the roses during this period as they are completely dormant.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM.
