TERMS OF BUSINESS1. All orders for field grown roses and containerised roses are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute with a variety of equal merit if a required variety is out of stock, unless marked on the order form. 2. Orders for delivery must be paid in full prior to despatch. 3. Orders for collection require a 30% non returnable deposit at the time of ordering with the balance due on collection. 4. Despatch of our field grown roses begins in November starting with our May/June order book. Orders placed in November will be despatched in time for Christmas unless exceptional circumstances prevail, e.g. weather conditions. 5.
