TERMS OF BUSINESS

1. All orders for field grown roses and containerised roses are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute with a variety of equal merit if a required variety is out of stock, unless marked on the order form.

2. Orders for delivery must be paid in full prior to despatch.

3. Orders for collection require a 30% non returnable deposit at the time of ordering with the balance due on collection.

4. Despatch of our field grown roses begins in November starting with our May/June order book. Orders placed in November will be despatched in time for Christmas unless exceptional circumstances prevail, e.g. weather conditions.

5. We offer a quality product at a fair price – therefore discounts offered as follows:
5% for orders over £150 excluding P&P
10% for orders over £250 excluding P&P

6. Containerised prices refer to four litre pots and may be subject to change should raw material costs. increase.

OUR GUARANTEE

Please notify us by the 1st June after you receive your order, or sooner if applicable, if any rose fails to grow satisfactorily.

1. However, please bear in mind that each rose variety is unique and this will make big differences to how a given rose will establish and perform so comparisons between varieties is not advisable.

2. Waterlogging AND dryness at roots are common causes of root death and although not likely to kill the rose will greatly hinder its establishment and subsequent growth as the plant has to work harder from a reduced root system.

3. Pruning and general cultivation instructions will be included with orders for field grown roses and the pruning instructions in particular must be followed in to validate this guarantee.
