Has a reputation for a long flowering season. Silvery pink, small flower in neat clusters.
Light pink, semi-double, small flowers with an average diameter of 7cm, in neat clusters with a slight fragrance reminiscent of sweet peas. Buds appear from early June until the first frosts. If not dead-headed, small, red rose hips will form in autumn.
An almost thornless, slow-growing, twiggy bush said to be Thomas Moore's 'last rose of summer'. Mid-1700s.
