HYBRID TEA; COPPER/ORANGE
Huge flowers with a powerful scent, too. The plant is vigorous but a bit angular in its habit of growth. A very popular rose for its flower size, colour and scent.
An extremely popular older variety with large double flowers that are an orange blend, fading to buff as they age, and usually growing in clusters. Fully open, the flowers reveal fluffy yellow stamens and are extremely fragrant. Foliage is mahogany tinted. Good for cutting. Voted the world's favourite rose in 1994. Hybridizer: Cants of Colchester, 1972.
